Secured the dismissal of a federal criminal indictment by filing a successful motion to suppress evidence.
Represented an individual accused of a federal crime under 18 USC 1001(a)(2), went to trial, and achieved a not guilty verdict in federal district court.
Defended an individual facing federal charges under 18 USC 922, went to trial, and obtained an acquittal.
Successfully represented five clients in a case against an attorney who defrauded them, resulting in an $1.8 million judgment.
In a federal post-conviction relief matter (28 USC 2255), secured a reduction of a client’s sentence from over 24 years to just over 10 years through diligent representation.
Represented a business in a lawsuit against a media company, ultimately winning a judgment against the reclusive media company owner.
Defended a client in a federal criminal case involving 18 USC 922, went to trial, and obtained an acquittal.
Handled a products liability and negligence case against a manufacturer, resulting in a successful settlement.
Successfully represented a foreign national in securing political asylum.
Represented a school in a breach of contract and tort lawsuit, going to trial and defeating the tort claims, resulting in minimal damages on the contract claim.

Represented an individual in a lawsuit against a municipality, going to trial and winning a judgment in favor of the client.
Represented clients in a probate matter involving a contested will, successfully defending the will, defeating the plaintiff’s claims, and securing a settlement that allowed for continued estate administration.
